Interval training class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. Workouts will change daily; classes are designed to push you harder than you push yourself and will always keep your body challenged.

1 on 1 training session with just you and your trainer. Where you will have your own custom program based on your goals and needs.

 Elite Personal Training Sessions

1 on 1 training session with Owner and Founder of Hi Performance Fitness. Nationally certified with degrees in exercise science and kinesiology Ian specializes in Everyday warriors, competitors, and Olympians. You set the goal, and you’re on your way.
