Hi Performance Fitness was built on the passion for sports and performance. It brings to the Hawaii market a much-needed sports and performance center. While general health and fitness is a priority for many locals, we all strive to excel in life with our own version of peak performance. We bring out the best in you and help you achieve the greatest version of you.  INSTRUCTOR SCHEDULE CHANGES

Sometimes things in life happen, instructors and class structures will sometimes change without notice. We do our best to keep instructors and our classes consistent for you. Please visit the HPF class schedule for updates. 

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Please try to sign in 5 minutes prior to class time. If you are more than 5 minutes late to class you will be denied entry for your safety and the experience of all clients. If you are a first timer to HPF you will not be able to join class after it has started. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY CLASS?

We have a 12-hour class cancellation policy. You can cancel up to 12 hours before the class start time and the class will be credited back to your account.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY CLASS?

If you need to cancel a reservation, log in to your account to cancel your class, or go to your confirmation email and click on the Cancel My Appointment button. If you have trouble cancelling or have any questions, please email aloha@hiperformancefitness.com

WHAT IF I DON’T SHOW UP FOR A CLASS THAT I SIGNED UP FOR?

If you are using a class credit or class membership, you will lose the credit.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

We do not offer refunds. If you need to cancel less than 12 hours before the class start time, you will lose the class credit.

WHAT IF I NEED TO SWITCH MY CLASS TIME?

Classes cannot be switched less than 12 hours in advance of the start of class. However, you may email us to sign up as a “walk-in” for another class that same day and if a spot is available, it’s yours!

WHAT IS THE WAITLIST AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, you must accept the purchase agreement if you get into class. If you get into your waitlisted class before the 12-hour cancellation window, you will be automatically added to the class and receive a confirmation email. If you do not get a spot in the class, you will not be charged. 

All classes have a 12-hour cancellation policy, so if you’re added to a class from the waitlist more than 12 hours before the start of class, be aware the 12-hour cancellation still applies. If you no longer want a spot in the class, you will need to remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours in advance of the class. If you get off the waitlist after the 12-hour cancellation window is closed, you will be contacted first through email to ask if you still want to be added into the class.  Please note that the waitlist locks and is null and void at 12 hours prior to the start of class – therefore, all potential spots in the class are available on a first come first serve basis. 

HOW DO I CHECK IF I AM ON THE WAITLIST?

To check your waitlist status, log into your account to check your schedule. If you got into the class prior to the 12-hour cancellation, it will say “WAITLIST UNCONFIRMED.”  If you do not want this class, be sure to remove yourself or notify us at aloha@hiperformancefitness.com and we’ll cancel your reservation prior to the 12-hour cancellation window.

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

Merchandise can be returned within 15 days from date of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and still have all tags.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY PRIVATE OR SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING SESSION?

All private sessions have a 24-hour class cancellation policy. This means you can cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment start time and the session will be credited back to your account.
